Wouldn’t you just love a little garden hideaway like this? I know I would. Somewhere I could while away a lazy summer’s afternoon with a good book and a cool drink.

This octagonal room, with its small-paned windows, tiled roof and weathervane, would create a picturesque focal point in my garden. The pastel colours, wicker chair and bunting, all add to the summery, country feel.

But, what I’d particularly like would be if it was on a revolving base, so I could turn it, slowly, to follow the sun. That really would be perfect.

That’s a lovely summer idea! I am glad for my place in Bromley, London that I have a it of a spot out in the garden that I can sit and do a bit of reading. But to tell you the truth, it would be a good idea if they could implement some of these little shelters and rest points in the gardens for more people to enjoy. It could actually work as a pretty good idea!
